Toodles!

So that’s about it. We hit all the major food groups… tofu/soy, some more fish in sushi form, no shellfish yet, had a spoonful of peanut and almond butter in there somewhere, and have had eggs for breakfast more than once. Our weight has stayed stable within two lbs of our last day of the cleanse, and we are both excited to keep it there. My plan is to go back to a juice diet for a few days if I feel myself getting away from my goals, though I’m staying away from laxatives as much as I can. I’m back to exercising and am loving it, I feel so much better, it’s truly been a bodily transformation.

I hope everyone has found something for them here, information or anecdotes or even a red flag. If you have questions, post a comment, I’ll try to respond. And if you decide to go on the cleanse, good luck and be strong and smart with yourself.

I've done the 10 day cleanse several times over the last 5 years and try to do ti one day a week also.
What I haven't ever seen much on blogs or websites is the spiritual factor. I find myself initially more agitated and crabby, but as time moves on I become calm and have more clarity about my life. I love this part of the fast.
