If you do a bit of comparison, you’ll see that limes are actually better than lemons on most accounts. Again, I got the data from nutritiondata.com, so I trust them blindly on this. Some of the % changed a bit with the g/mg/mcg counts, but I’m guessing this has to do with rounding the counts for the sake of efficiency.
