Though this is below the 1200-1500 a woman should have, it's not too far away. This is why it's not a fast, people. Of course, I define a true fast as a water fast, and other people think differently.
ps. since I'm anemic I was especially interested in the iron. Turns out I'd have to eat 6 servings of raw spinach, have 35 glasses of milk, or eat 8 cups of beets to get the iron I do with this. The only thing that bests it is beef. moo.
